Why do Jinca request the destinatary's email and/or phone number?
This information is optional and we will only use it in the event of executing Jinca, to contact the destinataries. We will provide them with the necessary information to recover the crypto assets or notify them of the transfers. Please have in mind that if you don’t provide that optional information we will have no way of letting the destinatary know that crypto was sent to their wallets.
Why does each assignment require a new wallet, despite being the same destinatary?
We might require a new wallet to verify compatibility. If a wallet is compatible with multiple cryptocurrencies, it can be used in more than one assignment. You should always make sure that the token you are assigning is compatible with the wallet you’re providing.
