What is Jinca and how does it work?
Jinca is a solution that safeguards your cryptocurrency assets from being lost in the event of unavailability. It's a simple but highly secure system that uses the highest standards of encryption and information storage.
Getting started with Jinca is effortless, requiring only three straightforward steps.
First, you will need to identify the sources of your cryptocurrencies that you wish to protect.
Secondly, you will designate the recipients and addresses where your assets and/or seed phrases should be sent.
Lastly, you will configure the frequency with which you would like the system to verify your signal. With Jinca, you can have peace of mind knowing that your assets are protected.
What is the Jinca Signal?
Jinca operates a solution that requires a verification of an active Signal from the user (inputting their PIN) at a predetermined frequency, such as every few days, weeks or months. Failure to verify your signal within the set timeframe will trigger Jinca's response in accordance with your pre-established plan. When dealing with exchanges, Jinca will execute transactions (withdrawals) using the distribution scheme created by the user. When dealing with seed phrases or private keys, Jinca will initiate communication with the designated recipient to retrieve the necessary data.
What personal information does Jinca ask for?
At Jinca, safeguarding our users' privacy is our paramount concern. To that end, we have designed our platform to operate without the need for Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. However, in order to ensure optimal platform functionality, certain information such as email and/or phone number may be requested from users. Sensitive information is encrypted by default and is only visible to authorized personnel or users once they are authenticated on the platform.
How do the plans work?
Our service offers three distinct plans with different prices based on the features provided. Additionally, you can select the desired time period of coverage, ranging from a monthly subscription to a 10-year coverage plan.
Furthermore, yearly plans can be paid in both Fiat currencies (like USD) and cryptocurrencies.
What is the difference between the PIN and the password?
The PIN is a 6 digit number that will be requested from you to confirm sensitive actions, such as verifying your Signal or modifying a destinatary.
The password is a secret code or phrase (numbers, letters and symbols) that you create to access your Jinca account.
