Does Jinca store my assets?
As a non-custodial solution, Jinca does not store digital assets at any stage of the process.
Is my data encrypted?
Sensitive data is encrypted at application level with 256-bit AES encryption.
How do I know that Jinca won’t transfer my assets to another account?
Our assets transferring systems are automated and rely only on the data that you configured in our systems. The address you see on the assigned destinatary is the address we use to transfer your assets. Please remember to check that this address is correct periodically. For further assurance, one can add their destinataries to the exchanges whitelist.
Does Jinca store my banking or crypto account credentials?
Please note that Jinca does not store your banking or crypto account credentials. However, in order to execute withdrawals in case of any unforeseen event, we do store API Keys that are associated with a IP address that we provide.
What happens if Jinca servers are breached?
In the unlikely event of a server branch, we have implemented strict protocols that prevent the leakage of data. Our world-class data infrastructure and alarm systems are designed with preventive measures in place so data's access is blocked by using time-based availability (cold data storage) which allows us to protect the data before is even accessed.
Can Jinca employees see my data?
Jinca employees do not have access to your data (sumar escenario donde tech lead podría eventualmente acceder).
What kind of data do you suggest storing?
We recommend that you only store non-sensitive information on Jinca and enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Does Jinca sell my data?
We do not sell your data to third-party vendors.
If I delete my data - is it really deleted or can it be restored from backup?
If you choose to delete your data, it is permanently removed from our system and cannot be restored from backups.
Is Jinca audited?
To ensure the highest level of security, we regularly conduct external security audits.
